Role Overview: DXFactor, a US-based tech company with a global customer base, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to transform software into user-friendly products for clients. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing graphic elements and navigation components to enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality. - Create original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables. - Present rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for improved responsiveness. - Make layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhere to style standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly with web/mobile applications. - Proficiency in wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision. - Updated knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Strong team spirit and communication skills for effective collaboration. - Effective time-management skills. - Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
