IT-Software / Software Services 1 position Experience : 2+ Years Location : Jaipur Eligibility : Graduation Roles & Responsibilities: Strategically plan and implement user-centric UI/UX designs for web and mobile. Optimize existing user interfaces to enhance UX, accessibility, and performance. Conduct usability testing to evaluate design intuitiveness and user satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and align designs with business goals. Translate business and technical requirements into effective UI/UX solutions. Apply creativity with strong visual design principles (typography, color, layout). Create interactive prototypes and wireframes for product concepts. Validate design ideas through A/B testing and user feedback sessions. Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and marketing teams for cohesive design strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong project portfolio. Bachelor’s degree in Design/Computer Science or UI/UX bootcamp certification. Strong communication skills to explain design ideas to various stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering polished and consistent designs. Critical thinking and problem-solving with a user-centered approach. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of usability, user behavior, accessibility, and HCI principles. Experience in UX research methods like interviews, surveys, and testing. Skilled in wireframing, mockups, and interactive prototyping. Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and interaction design. Empathy-driven approach to designing real-world user solutions. Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams and adapt quickly.
