About the Role :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing user-friendly interfaces and delivering engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI components for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Assist in improving overall user experience by proposing creative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
