Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: IITM Research Park Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications. Design visually appealing UI components aligned with brand guidelines. Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs . Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field . Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms . Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools . Strong understanding of user-centered design principles . Ability to translate business requirements into compelling designs . Experience with HTML/CSS (optional, but a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AI-driven UX, accessibility standards, and motion design .
