UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled User Interface (UI) Designer to craft visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. Your role will involve creating intuitive interfaces that elevate user experience and resonate with our brand identity. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in UI design tools. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging and responsive interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups while collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Applying design principles, color theory, typography, and branding guidelines effectively will be crucial, as well as optimizing UI designs for various devices and screen sizes. Additionally, you will conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to enhance designs. It is essential to stay up-to-date on industry trends, design tools, and emerging UI technologies. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, along with proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar capacity. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent is necessary. A strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and interaction design is expected, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles considered advantageous. The ability to manage multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential qualities. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule, requiring in-person work at our designated location.,
