Role : UI/UX Designer & Chatbot Experience : 8+Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Skills: UI/UX Designer + Chatbot, Chatbot Interface Design, UX Research & User Journey Mapping, Prototyping & Design Tools Proficiency, Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design, Collaboration & Communication, Conversational UI Trends & Emerging Tech Awareness. Job Description We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with expertise in chatbot interface and conversational user experience design . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building intuitive digital products, applying design thinking methodologies, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities Chatbot Interface Design Design visually engaging and brand-aligned chatbot UI elements. Create conversational flows, micro-interactions, and visual assets to enhance engagement. User Experience & Journey Mapping Develop and refine user journeys for chatbot interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights. Design Thinking & Innovation Apply human-centered design and Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex user challenges. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prototype and validate design ideas. Wireframing & Prototyping Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Clearly communicate design concepts and functionality across teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Present design proposals and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Continuous Learning & Trend Awareness Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in conversational UI, UX best practices, and design technologies. Explore innovative tools and techniques to improve the design process. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a focus on chatbot or conversational AI. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design of digital products and conversational interfaces. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design. Proficient in applying Design Thinking and human-centered design practices. Nice-to-Have Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent UI customization or Microsoft Teams chatbot integration. Basic knowledge of AI/NLP and their application in chatbot design. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration. UI/UX certification or Design Thinking training. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving attitude with a proactive and creative mindset. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
