UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Aureate Labs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the new age of B2C & D2C eCommerce by creating visually appealing and functional interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our user-centered design principles are implemented effectively. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing new UI/UX designs, optimizing existing designs, conducting user research and testing, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring a consistent design language across all digital products. Key Responsibilities - Plan and implement new UI/UX designs based on user needs and business objectives. - Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs to improve usability and functionality. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Ensure a consistent design language across all digital products by adhering to style standards. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness, accessibility issues, and navigation challenges. - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs into the final product. - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and analytics data. - Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Skills & Requirements - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. - Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Knowledge of usability principles, human-computer interaction, and responsive design. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
