UI / UX Specialist

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  

Major Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
  

Experience
