Ui Ux Developer / UI delivery

Role Summary

We are seeking for a IT experience with 3-12 years of strong hands-on expertise in UI development, responsive design, and UX implementation. Must have in-depth knowledge of at least one major front-end framework such as React, Oracle VBCS, or Oracle APEX, and proficiency in CSS and design systems.

Role Overview:

• UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing modern, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise and AI-enabled applications.
• This role demands strong technical depth in front-end technologies, excellent CSS craftsmanship, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• The individual will also mentor junior developers and ensure consistent design and code quality across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive UI components using frameworks such as React, Oracle VBCS, APEX, or Angular, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.

• Advanced Styling & Theming:

Create pixel-perfect, brand-aligned layouts using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, or Bootstrap. Implement reusable styles, themes, and responsive layouts optimized for cross-browser and multi-device support.

• UI/UX Implementation:

Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (from tools like Figma or Adobe XD) into production-ready interfaces. Collaborate with designers to refine layouts, animations, and interactions.

• Framework Expertise:

Develop custom components, integrate APIs, manage state, and ensure seamless connectivity with backend services and AI modules.

• AI-Integrated Experiences:

Work with backend and GenAI teams to embed conversational interfaces, recommendations, or intelligent visualizations into the front-end experience.

• Code Quality & Performance:

Enforce clean coding standards, optimize load times, and ensure adherence to accessibility and performance best practices (Lighthouse, WCAG).

• Mentorship & Code Review:

Guide junior developers, conduct peer reviews, and ensure consistent adherence to UI architecture, code quality, and design guidelines.

• Collaboration & Delivery:

Work closely with product owners, designers, and backend developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality front-end deliverables.

• Continuous Learning:

Stay current with front-end innovations, design frameworks (Material UI, Oracle Redwood, Fluent UI), and performance tuning techniques.
