Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Personally create and manage UI/UX design for web and mobile apps (B2B & B2C) and high-quality presentation (PPT) decks.
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary design team (graphics, video, motion, and digital creatives).
Oversee creative work across print, social media, digital campaigns, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure smooth project flow and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, tech, and business teams to transform requirements into visually engaging designs.
Maintain branding consistency and visual excellence across all communication channels.
Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring innovation, quality, and adherence to guidelines.
Manage reporting, documentation, and cross-department coordination for efficient execution.
Mentor team members, foster creativity, and encourage professional growth within the team.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Design Tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Creative Expertise: Print Design, Social Media Creatives, Digital Campaigns, Emailers, PPT Design, Web & Mobile UI/UX.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
