UI UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX & Product Designer who will lead the design of websites and applications while supporting product mockup, graphic and social media creatives. The primary focus of this role is Figma-based UI/UX design for client projects. This role suits someone who understands usability, structure, and clean design, and is comfortable assisting with light visual work when required. Key Responsibilities UI/UX & Product Design (Primary Focus – 60–80%) Design website and application interfaces using Figma Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes Design responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile) Prepare developer-friendly design files with proper naming and structure Create high-quality mockups for client presentations and proposals Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation Graphic & Social Media Support (Secondary – 20–40%)Create graphic designs using Canva / Photoshop Assist with social media creatives (static posts, banners, announcements) Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms Ensure visuals align with existing brand identity Support marketing and internal teams with low-volume visual requirements Must-Have SkillsStrong command of Figma (Advanced) Solid understanding of UI/UX principles & usability Experience designing web and mobile applications Knowledge of layout systems, grids, typography Ability to communicate design logic clearly Good-to-Have Skills knowledge of Canva & Photoshop Understanding of WordPress / Shopify UI constraints Familiarity with design handoff to developers Basic understanding of branding systems What We’re Looking For Someone who values clean, functional design Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Able to balance creative thinking with usability Team-oriented and open to feedback Strong attention to detail What You’ll Get Long-term, stable role Opportunity to work on diverse web & app projects Direct collaboration with founders and developers Growth path into Senior UI/UX or Product Design Lead Creative freedom within structured processes Important Note This role is primarily focused on UI/UX design.
