About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team . You will collaborate closely with team leads, architects, and product teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric designs that enhance our product experience. This is a highly visible role where you will own your part of the product line, contribute to prioritization, and ensure operational excellence of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and integrate user and stakeholder feedback into product design updates.
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent multi-platform usage.
  
• Write clear design specifications for engineers to implement seamlessly.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (or equivalent practical experience from premier institutions).
  
• Proven experience in Web, Mobile App, and Responsive Design across multiple platforms.
  
• Experience in designing SaaS applications is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in the end-to-end design process: problem definition, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
  
• Strong ability to rally cross-functional teams around a design vision.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Whimsical.
