We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences and visually engaging interfaces. Working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients, the UI/UX Designer will play a vital role in gathering requirements, designing user-centric interfaces, and refining our digital products based on client feedback. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly design, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of user-centered design principles. ______________ Responsibilities 1.User Research and Requirement Gathering Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and clients to understand project requirements, target audiences, and usability needs. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. 2.Wireframing and Prototyping Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes that represent the product's flow and functionality, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Use tools like Figma or similar platforms to build interactive prototypes and wireframes. 3.UI/UX Design and Implementation Develop intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that support the overall user experience and align with brand guidelines. Design layouts, color schemes, typography, icons, and visual elements that contribute to a cohesive look and feel. 4.Usability Testing and Feedback Implementation Plan and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and make iterative design improvements. Refine designs based on client and user feedback, ensuring the final product meets usability standards. 5.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and developers to align design with functionality and technical feasibility. Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance the product's effectiveness. 6.Maintain Design Systems and Guidelines Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products and align with brand identity. Document and update style guides, UI kits, and component libraries to streamline the design process. 7.Stay Updated with Industry Trends Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate new ideas to improve product design. 8.Accessibility and Responsiveness Ensure designs are responsive and accessible, following best practices and WCAG guidelines to accommodate all users. ______________ Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product or software development environment. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, creativity, and a deep understanding of interaction design principles. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar platforms. User-Centric Mindset: In-depth knowledge of UX principles, including information architecture, usability, and user psychology. Prototyping and Testing: Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability tests. Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs.
