UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of the in-house design team, responsible for creating simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define design goals and conduct user research to create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Your role will also involve designing pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and maintaining design systems for consistency across platforms. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights. - Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms. - Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations. Qualifications Required: - 1 - 4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes. - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences. Skills & Tools Required: - Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision. - Prototyping Tools: Figma, Marvel, Framer. - Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion. Design Expertise: - User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking. - User research & usability testing. - Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts. - Maintaining design systems & style guides. Nice-to-Have: - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration. - Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins).,
