As a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, we are looking for a talented UI Specialist/Designer to take our digital presence to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who understands conversion-focused design, user experience, and brand storytelling, ensuring that every touch point from product pages to check out is seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling. Responsibilities: Optimize website UI by designing and refining website elements for an intuitive and engaging user experience across desktop and mobile Improve product pages, navigation, and checkout flow to boost conversions and reduce drop-offs Create high-converting landing pages for promotions, product launches, and ad campaigns Ensure a cohesive design language across the website, emails, and digital assets Work with marketing teams to analyze data and improve UI based on heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback Prioritize responsive design for an optimal mobile shopping experience Work with developers, copywriters, and marketers to implement design updates efficiently Requirements: 3+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools Experience designing for Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar platforms Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and user experience principles Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred but not required) A strong portfolio showcasing DTC/eCommerce website designs and UI improvements Why Join Us?
