What You’ll Do:

• Rework Applyo’s web UI for better visual hierarchy and consistency.
• Convert Figma screens into

  pixel-perfect React components

  .
• Write

  semantic HTML

  , modern

  CSS (Flexbox/Grid, responsive)

  , and clean

  JSX

  .
• Maintain a small

  component library/design tokens

  for consistency.
• Add tasteful

  micro-interactions/animations

  where it helps UX (e.g., Motion/Framer Motion).
• Catch and fix UI bugs; ensure cross-browser/device consistency.

Must Have Skills:

• React (basics to intermediate)

  : components, props/state, composition.

• HTML & CSS fundamentals

  : Flexbox, Grid, responsiveness, typography, accessibility basics (alt text, focus states).
• Ability to read a Figma file and

  match spacing/typography/colors exactly

  .
• Git basics (branch, commit, PR).
• Tailwind CSS / Material UI
• Motion or Framer Motion / GSAP
• CSS Modules, Styled Components, or Sass
• Storybook/Radix/Headless UI
