UI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a highly responsive web-based user interface using ReactJS.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by optimizing the application for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement interactive and intuitive designs.
• Work closely with the Product Design and Business teams to align with user needs and product goals.
• Communicate effectively to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in UI/UX development.
• Maintain code repositories and versioning with Git and related tools.
• Collaborate in integrating RESTful APIs with the frontend.
• Perform unit testing and assist with integration testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free releases
• Champion the integration of cutting-edge machine learning technologies and methodologies into existing and future business operations.
• Facilitate the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of deployed solutions, ensuring they deliver consistent value and adapt to new business needs or data insights.
• Lead knowledge sharing and innovation within the team, staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining the bank’s competitive edge in AI applications.
• Mentor and develop team members, building capabilities that support the bank’s long-term strategic goals.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field;
• Minimum of 2+ years in Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, including React Hooks and Context API.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Redux, Next.js, or similar.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how to implement responsive and interactive designs.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for collaboration with designers.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
