UEM/IAM Solutions Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) / IAM (Identity & Access Management) Solutions Engineer to join our team at our Ahmedabad Head Office. The role involves supporting customers in evaluating, deploying, and managing UEM/IAM solutions while ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementation, configuration, and support of UEM/IAM solutions across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).Work on user identity lifecycle management, access control, and policy enforcement for enterprise clients.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for client issues related to UEM/IAM solutions.Collaborate with presales and delivery teams for POC (Proof of Concept), demo setups, and solution presentations.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and enterprise IT standards.Work with product OEMs/partners for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.03 years of hands-on experience in UEM/MDM (e.g., Scalefusion, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, JAMF) and IAM tools (e.g., Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD, PingIdentity, CyberArk, SailPoint).Knowledge of device management, endpoint security, SSO, MFA, RBAC concepts.Good understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and networking basics.Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Good to Have (Optional but Preferred)Certifications in UEM/IAM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Okta Certified Professional, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.).Experience in API integrations and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Zero Trust security models.
