Job Description

Experience: 5-8 years in IT, preferably in the financial sector Key Responsibilities: Autosys & UC4 Atomic: Manage and monitor job scheduling automation tools, ensuring smooth workflow execution. Incident Management: Handle incidents efficiently, perform root cause analysis, and generate reports using ServiceNow. IT Governance & Development: Support governance frameworks, IT process improvements, and system enhancements. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely updates on incidents and resolutions. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions, ensuring compliance with IT standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Autosys and UC4 Atomic . Expertise in ServiceNow for incident tracking and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with IT governance principles and IT development processes . At least 5-8 years of experience in IT , preferably within the financial sector . IT project management knowledge is a bonus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in regulated environments like banking or finance . Certifications in ITIL, IT Governance, or ServiceNow (preferred but not mandatory).
