UAV Instructor and Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a UAV Instructor and Engineer located in Delhi NCR Region.

Experience in defense industry is a must.

The UAV Instructor and Engineer will be responsible for:

· Training and developing UAV operators

· Conducting training sessions

· Providing operational support for UAV platforms

· System integration, field deployment, and issue resolution

· Oversight of full lifecycle of the UAV test fleet, including readiness, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and procurement

· Planning and execution of preventative maintenance schedules to ensure fleet reliability

· Maintaining high standards of operational efficiency

This position requires traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

· Engineering degree (Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communications)

· 5 years of experience in providing training to UAV operators in defense industry

· 5-7 years of hands-on experience in drone system integration, testing, or field deployment

· Excellent communication skills
