Job Summary:

User Access Management (UAM) Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end UAM service delivery across systems and platforms
Own stakeholder management and coordinate across business, audit, and IT teams
Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews
Manage a 24x7 operational team including shift planning and workload balancing
Drive continuous improvements and automation in access control processes
Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, and internal security frameworks
Support governance of IAM tools including
Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, and Exchange

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1012+ years of IAM or IT Security experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or delivery management role
Hands-on experience with IAM tools like
AD Manager Plus, Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD
Strong understanding of access lifecycle management, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience in stakeholder communication and team management in a 24x7 environment
Familiarity with
ITIL
,
SOX
,
ISO 27001
, and tools like
ServiceNow
Certifications such as
CIAM, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta Professional
are a plus
