Role Description: Typist & Stenographer – Legal (Full-Time, On-Site)

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi for a Typist and Stenographer. The job involves typing legal documents, taking dictation directly on a computer, preparing drafts, and helping advocates with day-to-day typing and basic office tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with a lawyer, law firm, or court.
• Must be able to take dictation directly on the computer quickly and accurately.
• Must know typing shortcuts and be comfortable using MS Word and basic computer tools.
• Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to type pleadings, applications, letters, and other legal documents.
• Basic skills in filing, organising documents, and maintaining digital records.
• Able to follow instructions, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
