Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Typesetting & InDesign Paginator.The professional will be responsible for designing layouts, paginating documents, and ensuring accurate, well-structured page designs.Daily responsibilities include working on publications, following project schedules, coordinating with team members, and delivering high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Typesetting & Layout DesignDesign and format brochures, magazines, books, newsletters, and other digital assets using Adobe InDesign.Ensure clarity, balance, and consistency in layout, design, and typography.

Pagination:

Structure and paginate documents as per client or project guidelines.Maintain accuracy in page flow, sequence, and formatting.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, writers, accessibility experts, and project managers.Ensure all layouts are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Typography Expertise:

Select and apply appropriate fonts, spacing, kerning, and styles.Maintain consistent typography across all deliverables.

Quality Control:

Conduct final checks for alignment, formatting, image quality, accessibility compliance, and font usage.Ensure error-free output before delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in Layout Design, Pagination, and Page Layout.Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.Experience working with publications, books, and structured documents.Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Publishing, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
