Job Description

As a skilled TypeScript Developer with a strong backend development background and a passion for AI-driven systems, you will play a critical role in building scalable backend services, integrating AI/ML APIs, and staying ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technologies in the TypeScript ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop backend services using TypeScript with frameworks like NestJS, Hono, or Express. - Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices. - Integrate AI tools and services (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Vector Databases, Pinecone, Weaviate). - Collaborate with frontend and product teams to build robust and intelligent features. - Maintain high code quality using unit testing, type safety, and best practices. - Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Planetscale. - Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, libraries, and frameworks in the TypeScript and AI landscape. - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. - Solid experience with backend frameworks like NestJS, Hono, or Express. - Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate, Hugging Face). - Familiarity with serverless functions, Edge runtimes, or Cloudflare Workers is a plus. - Good understanding of database design, ORMs (Prisma/TypeORM), and performance optimization. - Experience with unit testing, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, etc.). - Awareness of modern TypeScript ecosystem tools like Bun, Turborepo, Zod, etc. **Nice-to-Have:** - Familiarity with AI agents, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), or LangChain.js. - Knowledge of Vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant. - Experience with real-time systems using WebSockets or Socket.io. - Knowledge of DevOps or cloud infrastructure as code.,
