We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Two-Wheeler Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping customers find and purchase the right two-wheeler, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent after-sales support. Greet and engage with walk-in and online customers in a professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models and finance options Provide detailed product information, test rides, and pricing options Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery Assist with documentation related to loans, insurance, and registration Follow up with leads and existing customers for upselling and referrals Maintain product knowledge on all available two-wheelers, offers, and competitor products Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions as needed Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints promptly
