- Project start date: January 2025
- Duration: 1 Year
- Project Location: 9 months - remote (India - work from home) and 3 months onshore/offshore (Abidjan, Ivory Coast)
- Contract Management: PetNet Engineering
Working schedule:
- Remote: 8 hours a day / 5 days a week
- Onshore (Abidjan, Ivory Coast): 10 hours a day / 6 days a week
- Offshore (Abidjan, Ivory Coast): 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Rotation: TBD. (depend on Project needs)
Rates:
- 150 USD per working day remote
- 185 USD per working day onshore
- 220 USD per working day offshore
Logistics:
- Accommodation / Board (food) / local transport: at candidates care when working remotely
- Accommodation / Board (food) / local transport: provided by the client when onshore and offshore
Qualification
Turnaround E&I / Piping Specialist
- Execute technical tasks as identified in the authorized TAR Scope of Work, including design, verification, layout definition, preparation of installation drawings, and specification of materials
- Coordinate discipline technical activities executed internally or outsourced to subcontractors, ensuring adherence to Turnaround specifications and timelines
- Support TAR Coordinator and TAR Manager to define man hours and cost estimates
- Prepare the technical documentation for discipline elements material and services requisitions
- Carry out technical bid evaluations in accordance with internal procedures, providing clear and justified recommendations
- Assign work tasks to the Subcontractors to execute maintenance activities.
- Report near-miss events and incidents to Company HSE representative, TAR Site
- Coordinator, TAR HSE Specialist, TAR Coordinator and TAR Manager
- Issues the Permits to Work and ensures they are understood and used
- Preparation of RA (Risk Assessment) if required in collaboration with the TAR HSE Specialist and TAR Team
- Provide technical support to TAR Team
- Prepare Material request and follow-up the process
- Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected and in line with Company standards and requirements
- Interface and coordinate with the Company technicians
- Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works
- Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed by subcontracted
- Control activities relating to the rating, repair, alteration, and engineering assessments of respective discipline
- Support the Company/Owner of the plant for inspection and engineering assessments
- Supervise and coordinates the Subcontractors to ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Define maintenance work priorities, prepare the material and consumable request list according P&ID and piping class, issue a Job Card
- Ensure the Subcontractor is equipped with proper PPI according to the safety work site conditions
- Implementing and executing of the MOC requested by Owner during the Turnaround.
- Identify the lifting equipment, scaffolding to be used during the piping inspection and maintenance
- Rigging and lifting piping and valves procedure to be implemented during Turnaround
- Perform controls necessary such that only qualified welders and procedures are used for all repairs and alterations
- Perform controls necessary that only qualified NDE personnel and procedures are used
- Perform controls necessary that only materials conforming to the applicable construction code are used for repairs and alterations through material verification and/or positive material identification
- Perform controls necessary that all inspection measurement, NDE, and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Turnaround Vessel / Rotating Equipment Specialist
- Perform in-service inspection for pressure vessels and the pressure-relieving devices (PRDs) protecting these vessels in order to plan the activities during Turnaround
- Control activities relating to the rating, repair, alteration, and engineering assessments of its pressure vessels, relief devices and rotating equipment maintenance during Turnaround
- Support the Company/Owner of the plant for inspection and engineering assessments of its pressure vessels, relief devices and rotating equipment maintenance during Turnaround
- Supervise and coordinates the Subcontractors to ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Assign work tasks to the Subcontractors to execute maintenance activities
- Define maintenance work priorities, prepare the material and consumable request list according P&ID and piping class, issue dedicated Job Cards
- Support the Company/Owner of the plant for developing, documenting, implementing, executing and assessing pressure vessel/pressure-relieving device inspection systems, inspection/repair systems and procedures that meet international code and Company/Owner procedure
- Perform controls necessary such that only qualified welders and procedures are used for all repairs and alterations
- Perform controls necessary that only qualified NDE personnel and procedures are used
- Perform controls necessary that only materials conforming to the applicable construction code are used for repairs and alterations through material verification and/or positive material identification
- Perform controls necessary that all inspection measurement, NDE, and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
- Perform controls necessary that the work of contract inspection or repair organizations meets the same inspection requirements as the owner request
- Ensure the Subcontractor is equipped with proper PPI according to the safety work site conditions
- Implementing and executing of the MOC requested by Owner during the Turnaround
- Identify the lifting equipment, scaffolding to be used during the vessels inspection and maintenance
- Report near-miss events and incidents
- Issue the permit to work during the preparation phase of the Turnaround. Ensures the works are conducted in compliance with approved safety and quality standards
- Ensure that the Permit-to-Work system is understood and operated
- Preparation of RA (Risk Assessment) if required in collaboration with the TAR HSE Specialist and TAR Team.

- Coordinates the activities on rotating equipment with Electrical Substation and Technical Room
- Ensures that all activities within his area of responsibilities during Turnarounds are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements
- Verification and control of mechanical deliverables against Company/Owner standards including packages, pumps and Compressor LP/HP gas units
- Preparation of ITT package for tendering the rotating maintenance activities during Turnaround
- Provide Bid Estimation and Manpower Planning
- Co-ordinated with vendor before and during Turnaround and finalization of both data and documentation to be delivered
