  • Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale cross-channel marketing campaigns. Specialized in campaign migration, multi-market rollouts, and multi-BU Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and API integrations. Strong background in building scalable, modular templates, dynamic content, segmentation logic, and automation workflows.
  • Adept at working with cross-functional teams, optimizing campaign performance, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements

  • Led end-to-end migration of legacy and multi-BU campaigns into new Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments, ensuring accurate data mapping, template standardization, and journey optimization across global markets.
  • Designed and deployed multi-channel journeys (Email, SMS, Push) using Journey Builder, implementing personalization and decision-based logic for improved customer engagement.
  • Built scalable templates, reusable content blocks, and AMPscript/SSJS-driven personalization, improving reusability and reducing template creation time by up to 30-40%.
  • Developed SQL-based segmentation models, automation workflows, and data transformation activities in Automation Studio for efficient campaign execution.
  • Configured and supported REST/SOAP API integrations for triggered sends, event tracking, lead capture, and external system data ingestion.
  • Managed Data Extensions, Attribute Groups, and relationships in Contact Builder to maintain a clean, scalable data model supporting global rollouts.
  • Executed multi-market campaign rollouts, aligning templates, branding, journeys, and segmentation logic across regions while ensuring governance and compliance.
  • Performed full QA lifecycle including rendering tests, journey scenario testing, personalization validation, data quality checks, and API testing.
  • Collaborated with global marketing, CRM, and data engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
