We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud to join our team and drive the design and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce development and architecture.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and its capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
