Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Responsible for PnL, revenue generation and maintain health margin.
Develop relationship with prospective clients

Requirement Analysis Gathering:

Collaborate with business users to understand their needs related to core banking modules.
Document functional requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

Solution Design Configuration:

Work with the client to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Configure Finacle modules to align with the organizations banking processes.
Recommend best practices for customization and implementation.
Analyse existing Process flows and come up with to be process flows

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop test scenarios and test cases to validate system functionality.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address issues raised during the testing phase.
Ensure solutions meet quality standards before deployment.

Data Migration Implementation Support:

Assist in the Data Migration from legacy to Target and implementation cum rollout of modules.
Conduct system walkthroughs and training sessions for end-users.
Ensure smooth transition and change management during deployments.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Documentation Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Provide regular updates and status reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Issue Resolution Support:

Analyze and resolve issues related to applications post-implementation.
Support production and troubleshoot issues to minimize system downtime.

Experience:

18+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain, preferably working with core banking solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with Core Banking modules - Core, Treasury, Loans, CASA, and Payments.
Fair Understanding of SQL queries and database structures is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Professional in Core Banking Product

Preferred Location :

Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune with flexibility to travel
