Working closely with a team of Sales and Marketing of Protective Coatings. Formulating and implementing long term/short term strategic plans to achieve sales targets with good credit control. Ensure approvals for products with clients, consultants, Government bodies and Corporates. Identifying key clients, generating business from the existing customers, thereby facilitating to achieving business targets. Planning of sales and promotional activities of territories and reviewing the performance of sales team vis a vis plan. Making Corporate presentation and conducting corrosion audits. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in protective coating or related field (industrial coatings, industrial paints). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of channel sales principles, dealer management practices, and industrial sales techniques.
