Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by expanding the company's footprint within the territory through new and existing channel partners. - Optimize the sales and distribution network to increase market penetration. - Strengthen the distribution ecosystem by enhancing BTL activities, coverage, and transacting outlets. - Ensure brand visibility through organized go-to market merchandising activities to meet sales targets. - Enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution through process implementation. - Expand the channel/distributor network and manage stakeholders by providing incentives and addressing grievances. - Train partners on product features, sales techniques, and market positioning to strengthen the mass retail business. - Lead the territory team, update their knowledge base, and coordinate with mass retail Zonal/Area managers. - Collaborate with central functions to ensure alignment with broader company policies. Qualification Required: - Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional). - 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Telecom/FMCG.
