TSC Workforce Planner

As a TSC Control Tower Moderator, your role will involve setting up and moderating the TSC Control tower to drive accountability and alignment on the health of planning for the region. You will collaborate with Business Advisors, consulting leaders, and the sales team to moderate strategic accounts staffing plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a reliable view of demand forecast and available supply pools for the next 90-180 days. Working closely with the sales and delivery team, you will make rolling 3-6 months out plans to ensure demand and supply matching. Furthermore, you will generate signals and partner with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team for interlocking JIT expertise building and external hiring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Setup and moderate TSC Control tower for region planning - Collaborate with stakeholders to moderate strategic accounts staffing plans - Create reliable view of demand forecast and available supply pools - Drive accountability with sales and delivery team for demand and supply matching - Generate signals and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team for expertise building and external hiring **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Proficiency in excel and data analysis; ability to create reports and present in a PowerPoint - Minimum of 5 years experience in resource management and workforce planning in an IT/ITES/product/consulting company - Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and demonstrate a global mindset - Flexibility to work between 12 noon to 9pm IST (Note: The company's core values and commitment to diversity, inclusion, value, and equity are also highlighted in the job description.),
