Job Description

Role Overview: As a Trust & Safety Specialist at Accenture, you will be a part of the Trust and Safety offering within Accenture Operations, focusing on keeping the internet safe and helping platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of Content Moderators who analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigate, escalate, and resolve reported issues. Please note that due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance processes for learning programs. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and delivery methods. - Conduct regular audits and reviews of learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Update and improve learning resources. - Collect and analyze feedback from learners to identify areas for improvement. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in learning delivery. - Develop and maintain documentation related to learning operations and processes. - Train team members on best practices in learning quality and operations. - Research and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve learning operations. - Measure and report all key qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
