Job Description

Role Overview: As the Global Product Owner for Trust fees, you play a crucial role in transforming ideas into functional products while navigating through complex challenges. Your main goal is to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful change, and propel your career in an environment that values growth and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of the approach to fees in each region, including the services charged for. - Understand the operating models behind fee charging, including various fee platforms. - Drive Trust requirements associated with changes to fee schedules and platforms, including project management and support for end-to-end process changes. - Drive technology development using agile methodologies, create and refine JIRA stories, and maintain backlogs where applicable. - Facilitate the implementation of new functionality through project management, training sessions, and the development of training manuals for seamless change management. - Act as the first point of contact for product support, ensuring a positive user experience by triaging and escalating issues, and proactively recognizing and responding to emerging issues. - Establish relationships with key functional areas within JPMorgan to support the development and ongoing delivery of T&E solutions. - Support the broader Product Management team with ad-hoc projects when required. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience delivering and facilitating change using technology and process re-engineering in a corporate environment, and/or strategy or management consulting firm. - Experience in Agile Methodology, including writing user stories representing business requirements and testing new products or enhancements. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence individuals across business lines and key support functions successfully. - Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. - Ability to drive data reporting to Senior Management, both recurring and ad-hoc. - Familiarity with managing a SharePoint site, proficiency in Excel, and ability to handle large amounts of data. - Highly motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused with the ability to be flexible, meet tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work effectively. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Strong team-building, presentation skills, and excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
