Treasury Operations Specialist

As a Treasury Analyst, your role will involve preparing daily reports and monthly MIS, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on Investments performance and compliances. You will be responsible for forecasting Net other income and yields, participating in annual planning activities, and continuously tracking Investment instruments. Regular analysis of market conditions will be essential for decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include continuous monitoring of all Investment instruments, ensuring compliance with set policies, and maintaining a zero-tolerance approach towards policy breaches or errors. You will design and ensure effective operation of controls, stay updated on Investment regulations, implement compliance measures, and conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to guidelines. Effective communication and collaboration within the treasury (Front Office & Controllership) will be crucial to align Investment activities with overall objectives. You will also drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and evaluation of new tools to enhance efficiency. Providing end-to-end support to key stakeholders and working cohesively with other finance functions will be part of your role. Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. A strong understanding of Debt instruments and risk management principles is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are key requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be necessary for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
