Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate responsible for Fund Administration related tasks in Treasury Services, you will be involved in Expense Administration including Budgets and Invoice preparation, Expense Analysis, New Fund/Client Onboarding, Distributions, Performance, and Regulatory/Board Reporting. Your main responsibilities include preparing and reviewing staff level work, demonstrating technical expertise, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables, resolving operational issues, complying with procedures, mentoring new joiners, and coordinating activities between multiple departments within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review staff level work, ensuring technical expertise and accurate completion within agreed timelines - Work on day-to-day deliverables with 100% accuracy and TAT - Research and resolve operational issues, providing timely responses to client inquiries - Comply with internal, client specific, and Standard Operating Procedures - Ensure timely completion of deliverables, provide feedback on errors, and mentor new joiners - Implement standard practices, processes, tools, and technology enhancements - Understand operational risks, comply with risk escalation chain, and escalate delays and issues promptly - Coordinate activities between multiple departments globally - Participate in employee engagement events and client meetings as needed - Provide guidance to junior staff, coordinate training sessions, attend relevant training programs, and seek additional trainings for career development - Ensure effective use of automation, make recommendations for technology and process improvements - Adhere to controls/checklists, make improvement recommendations, and monitor resolution quality - Achieve productivity targets, reduce operational error losses, and ensure timely and accurate deliverables - Adhere to best practices, SOPs, client procedures, SLAs, and State Street risk program - Comply with company policies, guidelines, laws, and regulatory requirements - Focus on client satisfaction, service delivery, and process improvement efforts Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of financial services and investment products - Excellent Communication Skills - Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills - Ability to work on MS Office (Excel, Word, and PPT) Additional Company Details: N/A,
