Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate in Fund Administration (Treasury Services) at this company, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various Fund Administration tasks related to Expense Administration, Budgets, Invoice preparation, Expense Analysis, New Fund/Client Onboarding, Distributions, Performance, and Regulatory/Board Reporting. Your role will involve demonstrating technical expertise, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables, resolving operational issues, and complying with internal, client-specific, and Standard Operating Procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review staff level work with technical expertise - Ensure day-to-day deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed-upon time - Research and resolve operational issues, providing timely responses to client inquiries - Comply with internal, client-specific, and Standard Operating Procedures - Mentor and train new joiners, provide feedback on errors caught during reviews - Implement standard practices, processes, tools, and technology enhancements - Understand and mitigate operational risks, escalate issues as needed - Coordinate activities between multiple departments globally - Participate in employee engagement events - Utilize internal applications and standard macros effectively, recommend technology and process improvements - Adhere to controls/checklists, provide guidance to junior staff, attend training programs for career development - Participate in client meetings and presentations - Perform other duties as required by superiors Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of financial services and investment products - Excellent communication skills - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred - 4+ years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred - Work location: Hyderabad - North America shift timings Additional Details: - The company values competencies such as client focus, leadership, operational efficiency, performance, quality, and risk focus - Mandatory skill sets include a good understanding of financial services and investment products, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities - Additional skill sets include attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and strong interpersonal skills - The company emphasizes the importance of adhering to standard and client-specific operating procedures, participating in the global training program, and delivering qualitative work with a focus on minimizing risk.,
