Treasury Operations - Chinchpokli

Position: Treasury Executive (Third-Party Payroll)
Location: Chinchpokli, Mumbai
Joining: Immediate

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Treasury team. The candidate will be responsible for managing bank accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements, facilitating investments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update authorised signatories and user access for all company bank accounts.
• Ensure timely KYC updates for all bank accounts.
• Keep internet banking services active and troubleshoot access issues in coordination with banks.
• Liaise with banks to fulfil requirements such as FATCA declarations, BO declarations, etc.
• Maintain regular communication with bank operations teams.
• Open and close bank accounts as per business requirements.
• Open folios with mutual funds (MFs) and ensure their KYC compliance.
• Facilitate investments with MFs.
• Coordinate closely with other treasury team members and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking liaison, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of banking processes, KYC norms, and investment facilitation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

• Treasury Operations : 2 years (Required)

• Chinchpokli, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
