Treasury Manager | Health-tech Startup

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing our global treasury operations, including managing forex collections, optimizing cash flows, handling surplus funds, and securing working capital and term loan funding. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline forex collections, minimizing currency risk, and ensuring effective international receivables management. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare, analyze, and improve short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. Moreover, you will develop and execute strategies for surplus cash deployment to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity and compliance. Identifying funding requirements, structuring, and negotiating working capital and term loan facilities with financial institutions will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to effectively manage relationships with internal teams, banks, and external partners to achieve treasury objectives. Furthermore, you are expected to implement best practices, automation, and controls to enhance treasury operations and reporting. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, with a focus on forex management, cash flow forecasting, and debt funding. Strong banking relationships, negotiation skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and Excel are essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills are also crucial for this position. A CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is preferred for this role.,
