CA/MBA or any master degree related to banking/finance

Reporting to CFO

6 days working

Relationships with bankers/financial institutions
Liaise with banks for procurement of funds
Adherence to banking laws, FEMA, other regulations
Spokesman (with CFO) to banks/institutions
Negotiate terms with banks for agreements
Efficient day-to-day treasury operations
Prepare/finalize financial statements for projects
Arrange/secure loans for project financing
Work with govt authorities to secure subsidies
Financial risk mitigation
Insurance coverage management & Government subsidies management
