Treasury Manager

Brief summary :

Preparation of credit appraisal documents, submission of information on financials, covenants tracking and compliances with the banks, lenders, Analytical capabilities, fund raising.

1. Participate in treasury strategy for raising capital through multiple avenues
2. Building relationships with lenders, negotiations of commercials, legal clauses and executing loan agreements
3. Preparation of future projected cashflows (daily / monthly), ensuring adequate cashflow management along with execution of the same
4. Preparation of data / information for sharing with Banks/ Fund Houses, preparation of proposals, CMA data and business projections
5. Updating and maintaining repayment schedules of all liability obligations arising out of borrowings.
6. Preparation of covenant tracker and adequate compliances
7. Submission of information required for Quarterly / Half yearly/ Annually Stock and Receivable audit
8. Review the deployment of surplus funds by placements/redemption in Fixed Deposits and MF transactions (Investment /Redemption/ Switch).

Qualification :

MBA finance / MMS - Financial Management / CA final - 1st, 2nd or 3rd attempt (preferably).

Skills required :

A Treasury professional with experience in fund raising, conversant with banks processes, ability to reach out to banks, lenders.
