Position Overview

As a Manager Treasury, you will be responsible for executing investment decisions of the management. This role involves planning, monitoring, and reporting on all asset classes including equity, debt, startups, real estate, and alternative instruments. The candidate will prepare and manage cash flows, liaise with advisors, and ensure compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

nvestment tracking

• Track performance of existing investments and prepare periodic review reports.
• Maintain detailed investment records and documentation.

Treasury and Cash Flow Planning

• Plan and manage liquidity across investment accounts.
• Create short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal fund deployment.
• Manage fund transfers, redemptions, and portfolio rebalancing based on management decisions.

Liaison and Compliance

• Coordinate with banks, wealth managers, legal advisors, accountants, and financial consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax obligations related to personal and business-linked investments.
• Work closely with the Financial Advisor for structuring investments and tax optimization. Risk Management
• Monitor geopolitical, market, and regulatory risks that may affect the founders' portfolios.

Reporting and Analytics

• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time investment and liquidity tracking.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education

  : MBA (Finance) with Fund / Market certifications.

• Experience

  : 5–10 years of experience in treasury, investment management, or private wealth management.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• High ethical standards, discretion, and attention to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
