Treasury Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee Daily Cash Flow Ensure the company has enough liquidity to meet its daily operational needs while efficiently managing excess cash. Monitor Cash Position Forecast and track cash inflows and outflows to ensure proper working capital management. Maintain Optimal Working Capital Balance between having sufficient cash on hand and avoiding excess idle cash that could be invested elsewhere. Manage Debt and Equity Financing Oversee the companys funding needs by working with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure loans or other funding sources. Financial Risk Assessment Identify and manage risks associated with market volatility, liquidity, and operational factors. Negotiating with Banks and Financial Institutions Develop and maintain favorable relationships with banks and financial partners. Banking Product Management Manage the use of banking products such as credit facilities, trade finance, and cash management solutions. Compliance and Regulation Ensure all treasury activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures. Support Mergers and Acquisitions Assist in financing and managing the treasury aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or strategic initiatives. Tax Efficiency Collaborate with the tax department to ensure the treasury operates in a tax-efficient manner, considering global tax implications. Training and Development Provide training and development support to the treasury team to enhance skills and knowledge in treasury-related areas.
