What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Trade capture in middle office systems, allocation, transaction reporting & lifecycle management in middle office for derivative products.
What are we looking for? Working knowledge of hedging related activities performed for assigned ClientLead monthly book closure discussions with clients and resolve open issues.Preparation of hedge accounting entries, including derivatives and hedging instruments.Reconcile hedge-related accounts and ensure an accurate recording of gains, losses, and fair value adjustmentsSupport month-end and quarter-end closing processes related to hedge accounting.Good communication and stakeholder management skillsSupport SOX audits and governance reporting requirements.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, US GAAP) and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the treasury, risk management, and audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirementsAssist in preparing disclosures related to hedge accounting for financial statementsSupport internal controls and process improvements in hedge accounting activitiesPerform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future controlDerivatives Middle OfficeSAP/ Oracle ExperienceExperience working in a BPO environment or outsourcing settingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAccounting Reconciliation,Accounting Journal Entries,Process ImprovementsCommitment to quality,Detail orientation,Ability to meet deadlines,Problem-solving skills,Strong analytical skills
