Treasury Analyst

Job Title: Treasury Analyst

• Cash Flow Management & Forecasting

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
• Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and investment needs.
• Forecast cash inflows/outflows and maintain working capital efficiency.

• Banking & Treasury Operations

• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and transactions.
• Ensure timely execution of payments, transfers, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Debt & Investment Management

• Support loan administration, interest calculations, and repayment schedules.
• Monitor debt covenants and compliance reporting.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities for surplus funds.

• Risk & Compliance

• Implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures (if applicable).

• Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare treasury MIS reports for management.
• Analyze interest costs, funding structures, and treasury KPIs.
• Provide support during audits and board reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA/CTP preferred).
• 2-5 years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, debt management, and banking operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
