Treasury Administrator

Position Summary: As a Treasury Administrator at Bottomline, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's treasury operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with monthly reporting and reconciliation of cash balances, monitoring bank accounts for adequate liquidity, coordinating with local bank representatives, supporting cash management initiatives, and ensuring regular communication with internal teams in the US & UK. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to driving efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: - Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliation of cash balances and activity - Monitor bank accounts and cash balances to ensure operational liquidity - Coordinate with local bank representatives for compliance requirements - Support cash management strategic initiatives and system implementations - Manage regular communication with internal teams in the US & UK Required Technical Skills And Competencies: - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and Excel skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude - Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills: - Experience in a large corporate environment - Professional certifications like Certified Treasury Professional - Experience with treasury management systems or corporate banking portals Education & Experience: - 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, accounting, or corporate finance - Graduate with B.com preferred At Bottomline, we welcome talent at all phases of their career and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
