Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Faridabad. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing personalized travel recommendations. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role also involves maintaining knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad
• Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism, Business, or a related field
