Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent, located in Rohini. The Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, creating customized travel itineraries, providing information about travel destinations, and handling bookings and reservations. Daily tasks include selling holiday packages, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of bookings and transactions.

• Travel planning and itinerary creation skills
• Sales experience with a focus on travel packages
• Knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and reservation management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and travel management software

• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or related field
