Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent. The responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their travel requirements, creating customized travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. There will also be a focus on promoting holiday packages, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on travel industry trends to provide the best options to customers.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to identify client needs and establish good client relationships
• Knowledge of travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking systems
• Proficiency in research and ability to provide accurate travel-related information
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with travel industry software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
