Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent located in Rohini. The Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and booking travel packages, handling travel queries, promoting holiday packages, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as researching and suggesting travel destinations, preparing travel itineraries, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations
• Ability to prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage bookings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with travel industry software and online booking systems
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a travel agency or related field is a plus
